RETURNS (Spain)
You can return your order within 14 days from delivery.

If the sender is the buyer, nothing else is needed. If not, please include a small note with the order number or buyer’s details.
If you have a Nacex office (not point) nearby, it is easier: you won’t have to pay shipping.
Just indicate they go to Sambas the Bambas – office 1804/3242 (postage due).
If you choose another courier, the initial shipping costs will be refunded.
In any case, the return will be adjusted so each party covers one shipment.
RETURNS (European Union, outside Spain)
Orders can be returned within 14 days from delivery.

Once received, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the original shipping cost.
We do not provide return labels for EU orders.
Size exchange
If you need a different size, please contact us first at hello@sambasthebambas.com so we can assist you.
You may either send the pair back to our address and place a new order for the new size, or we can guide you through the best option.
RETURNS (outside EU)
Please contact us within 14 days from delivery at hello@sambasthebambas.com so we can send you a return label.
We will cover the return shipping cost.
When the refund is issued, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customs (outside EU)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may occasionally incur import duties or taxes required by the destination country.
These charges are set by local authorities and, if applied, are the responsibility of the buyer.
