Why foot-friendly

The shoe adapts to your foot, not the other way round

Conventional footwear has a slightly toxic relationship with our poor feet: it squeezes them, lifts them, reshapes them. Then come the bunions, the chronic pain, the bad alignment, the back and the knees complaining. The good news: feet regenerate. Give them a shoe shaped like a foot and they start getting their health back.

Add ten minutes of foot exercises a day and you’ll notice the difference sooner than you think.
