If you are between two sizes, choose the bigger one, except for the sambalias that need a bigger fit when worn without socks.
The measurements in the size guide are without the insole, which is included but its use is optional.

Shipping and returns
We ship worldwide, although outside Europe there may be customs charges.
Within Spain and Portugal, shipping costs are charged to the buyer and the return and size change to ours. Request it at hello@sambasthebambas.com.
How long will it take for my Sambas to arrive?
In the peninsula, between 2 and 3 working days. In Europe between 4 and 6 days and outside Europe, between 6 and 10 days.

Is it normal to feel some irritation in the foot the first few days?
