Summary: If you are not satisfied, you have 15 days to return the item. Los gastos de envío son compartidos.

In Spain and Portugal, shipping costs are paid by the buyer and return costs are paid by us if you send it with Nacex, indicating at the office (not a Nacex point) that it is going to Sambas the Bambas at office 1804/3242. To be paid by us (carriage forward). If you use another method, we will refund the initial shipping costs when we issue the refund (in this case, we will cover the initial shipping costs and you will cover the return shipping costs). If you would like to exchange for a different size, please contact us at hello@sambasthebambas.com and, if the exchange is possible, we will send you the new pair and collect the other pair from your home, all at our expense.

In Europe, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and we will refund the full purchase price plus the original shipping costs once we have received the package (it is important that the sender is the same as the order or that you include a note with the purchase details).

If you are returning the item from outside the European Union, the costs are also shared, but you must contact us so that we can send you a return label.
