Our shoes can be worn without insoles. The insoles are 4\/5 mm thick. They are made with coconut fibers in the original model and with hemp fiber in the models: Bamba, Bambita, Sambalia and Sambalina. In addition to the corresponding interior material, which will be hemp or organic cotton. As they are natural fibers, they will end up yielding with the weight of our body resting on them. If you are going to use the insole, take into account those extra millimeters in the extra space. <\/p>\n

It is also designed to subtly adjust or subtract, depending on your instep or width.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Our feet need space in front of us. Wearing small or narrow shoes can have consequences on our whole body, as our feet get used to these conditions. So, even if you know your size, it would be good to take a moment to measure your feet. <\/p>\n

If this is your first experience with minimalist shoes, 6-12 mm extra may be enough. Just keep in mind the insole reduction mentioned above if you are thinking of leaving a small margin (e.g. 4-5 mm over the length), as it will be too tight. <\/p>\n

Bambas: Add +\/- 1 cm <\/strong>to your measured length (from 6 to 15 mm) according to your taste for the fit.<\/em><\/p>\n

Sambalinas: If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller one.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Children’s feet stretch (inside the shoe as well) while walking, running or playing, and extra room is needed for this. Growing feet increase an average of 1 mm per month. <\/p>\n

Note that 12 mm is the optimum space in front of the toes to allow for movement and natural foot growth; a minimum of 12 mm and a maximum of 17 mm.<\/p>\n

Bambas: Add 1.4 to 1.8 cm over the actual size at your discretion.<\/em><\/p>\n

Sambalinas: Choose the tightest size according to its length. If you are between two sizes, choose the smaller size. <\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
