7 September, on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications in the public sector, or developments funded from Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This accessibility statement applies to the website <a href=\"https:\/\/sambasthebambas.com\/\">https:\/\/sambasthebambas.com\/<\/a> excluding embedded content coming from other domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"compliance-status\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compliance status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This website is <strong>partially compliant<\/strong> with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/diario_boe\/txt.php?id=BOE-A-2018-12699\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RD 1112\/2018<\/a> because of the exceptions and the lack of compliance in the aspects set out below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"non-accessible-content\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-accessible content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The content below is not accessible class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This statement was prepared on 28 June 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The method used for this statement was a self-assessment carried out by the company itself with the support of the <a href=\"https:\/\/herramienta-ira.administracionelectronica.gob.es\/#!\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IRA tool (Accessibility Review Report)<\/a> from the Accessibility Observatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Statement last reviewed: 28 June 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"comments-and-contact-details\" and complaints<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/sedeagpd.gob.es\/sede-electronica-web\/vistas\/formQuejasSugerencias\/accesible_quejas.jsf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">form for requests for accessible information and accessibility complaints<\/a>\u00a0you can submit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a Complaint about compliance with the requirements of RD 1112\/2018, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a Request for Accessible Information about:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>content excluded from the scope of RD 1112\/2018 as set out in article 3, section 4<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>content exempt from the accessibility requirements because it would impose a disproportionate burden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the Request for accessible information, the facts, reasons and request must be set out clearly enough to show that it is a reasonable and legitimate request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"enforcement-procedure\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enforcement procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If, once a request for accessible information or a complaint has been made, it is turned down, the decision is not agreed with, or the response does not meet the requirements of article 12.5 of RD 1112\/2018, the person concerned may start a claim.
